House Rules

Clear direct-booking terms for Villa White Orchid Seminyak, written so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

Private villaOnly registered guests may stay at or use the villa without approval.

1. Accommodation & Occupancy

The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.

Additional Guests
If the number of guests exceeds the standard villa capacity, an additional guest fee applies.

Additional Guest Fee: IDR 900,000 per person per night

The additional guest fee includes:

Maximum occupancy limits always apply.

Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance by management.

2. Events & Gatherings (Strict Policy)

Events, celebrations, gatherings, photoshoots or any activity involving more than the number of registered overnight guests are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by management in advance.

For any gathering of 10 or more persons (including daytime events without overnight stay), the following conditions apply:

The villa is located in a residential area. Respect for the local community is mandatory.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

3. Included Services

Daily cleaning, Wi-Fi and electricity are included for stays of up to 21 nights.

For stays longer than 21 nights, electricity is charged separately based on actual usage.

4. Self-Catered Villa

The villa is self-catered.
Guests are responsible for their own groceries and personal items.

5. Check-in, Check-out & Safety

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Priority early check-in and late check-out are always offered for direct bookings, regardless of rate plan, if the villa is available.

If the villa is still free on your departure day and you have a late flight, a late check-out is not a problem.

All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

A valid ID is required at check-in. The name must match the booking.

Only registered guests are allowed inside the villa.
Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

6. Water Information (Important)

The villa uses well water, which may be slightly salty due to the coastal location. This is normal for Bali ocean-side villas.

The same water is used for showers and the swimming pool. It is eco-friendly and safe for skin.

Free bottled water is provided for drinking, cooking and brushing teeth.

7. Insects & Natural Environment

The villa is professionally treated three times per week for pests. Complete prevention is not possible in a tropical environment.

Geckos, small lizards and bats are common in Bali. They are harmless and part of the local ecosystem.

Mosquito activity increases during the rainy season. Repellent and sprays are provided.

By booking a villa in Bali, guests acknowledge and accept its natural surroundings.

8. Additional Services

Chef services, private dinners, massages and food preparation can be arranged upon request.

All additional services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

For direct bookings, a private dinner prepared by our chef at the villa is included for stays of 7 nights or more with the Daily Breakfast Included rate only.

Private dinner is not available from Dec 20 to Jan 5.

Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed due to limited chef availability.

All additional services are paid in cash directly to staff unless stated otherwise.

9. Airport Transfers

For direct bookings, one airport transfer is included for stays of 3 nights or more, and two airport transfers are included for stays of 5 nights or more.

Transfers include transport only.

Airport entrance and parking fees (IDR 25,000 for up to 2 hours) are charged by the airport and paid directly to the driver.

10. Lost or Forgotten Items

Guests are advised to use the villa safe for valuables.

Management is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Forgotten items must be claimed within 48 hours after departure.

Unclaimed items will not be stored.

11. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal safety, belongings and rented vehicles.

Management is not liable for events beyond its control (force majeure).

No refunds are provided for disruptions caused by strikes, natural disasters or similar events.

12. Claims & Communication

Any issues must be reported to management during the stay.

Requests are handled 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Issues not reported during the stay are considered resolved.

Leaving the villa before the scheduled check-out date does not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.

13. Fraud Prevention

ID must match the booking name.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

All booking payments must go through the official platform.

Fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities where applicable.

14. Final Terms

Guests are responsible for reading and understanding these rules.

Completing a booking confirms full acceptance of all terms.

These rules apply in case of disputes.
